As a buyer you should check the condition of the parcel at the TIME OF RECEIPT and in the PRESENCE OF COURIER.
If you’re unsatisfied with products you purchased from Fakro Blinds, you can return your item(s) as follows:
✓ Items purchased online can be returned within 60 days of purchase.
✓ Items purchased online using PayPal must be returned online within 60 days of purchase.
✓ You are the one who covers the cost of return.
✓ Items must be unused and intact.
✓ Custom products are final and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, changes or alterations.
✓ Note that items purchased at a 3rd party or re-seller must be returned at those locations and are subject to their return policy.
✓ If you find any damage, LISTEN PROTOCOL OF DAMAGE IN THE COURIER'S PRESENCE or just do not collect the parcel. A clean damage report is always with courier.
The damage report must be factually drawn up and clearly state the type of damage and the likely place of origin.
Remember the product we send is always new, without defects and well packaged, so any possible damage is probably the fault of transport.
